We are excited to present our jazz festival line up. Starting with the upbeat, fun and talented NRJ Trio on Thursday night, followed by the New Orleans street style band we all know and love - The Rimutaka Dixie All Stars on Friday evening. Then join us for a lovely, chilled Saturday arvo with MaryJane Thomson on piano.

Thistle Sessions: November

This month is packed with talented artists.. from Jazz Festival to Thistle Sessions, there is something for everyone. 

Please note, there has been a change to Friday 13th. The Lauren Armstrong Trio will be joining us from 5.30-7.30pm. 

Also, a warm welcome to Indie-folk artist, Colette Rivers who joins us on Friday 27th November.

Welly on a Plate, Nourished

In this small, workshop style event you will learn how to nourish your body (and mind) and dine like the longest living people on the planet. Starting with a canape and arrival drink, you'll then be seated to a four course meal with a focus on fermented and foraged food. Each course will be matched with a beverage. This event will be fun & informative... but most of all delicious.

We are thrilled to announce Hollie's live gig at The Thistle Inn. This is an intimate evening you won't want to miss! Hollie is one of New Zealand's most predominant and iconic musicians. After working with numerous bands including Trinity Roots, Fat Freddy’s Drop and Detroit dance legend Recloose, she was approached by NZ songwriting royalty Don McGlashan to perform on a movie soundtrack single Bathe in The River that topped the New Zealand singles charts and became one of the biggest and iconic singles in New Zealand history.

6.30pm - Dinner & Gig. You will be seated in our private dining room for dinner and then move to the main bar for the show.
